DevOps & Kubernetes

Distributed infrastructure for high-traffic enterprise systems: Kubernetes, Proxmox virtualization, CI/CD and supervised 24/7 operations.

Kubernetes setup and operations

On managed cloud or your own hardware: cluster architecture, installation, version upgrades and day-2 operations. Workload isolation, autoscaling and the distributed storage layer are within scope.

Proxmox and hybrid infrastructure

A strong alternative to cloud costs for predictable workloads: Proxmox virtualization on dedicated servers, hybrid scenarios and cloud repatriation programs. Our own production runs on this architecture.

CI/CD pipeline delivery

An automated, auditable path from commit to production: build, test, image creation and staged deployment. The operational risk of manual releases is eliminated.

Observability and continuity

Metrics, dashboards and log management are centralized with Prometheus, Grafana and Loki. Layered backups, a disaster-recovery plan and incident runbooks are integral to the delivery.

How we work

  1. 01 Infrastructure Audit Existing systems, risks and costs are documented; work begins with a map of the current state.
  2. 02 Architecture Design Target architecture, migration plan and capacity calculations are prepared. Downtime windows and rollback plans are defined up front.
  3. 03 Setup & Migration Phased migration: parallel build first, then controlled traffic cutover. High-risk big-bang migrations are avoided.
  4. 04 Continuous Operations 24/7 operations with monitoring, alert chains, backup verification and runbooks; handed over or operated by our team, as you prefer.

The foundation of our infrastructure practice is our own production environment: multi-node Kubernetes clusters, distributed storage, load balancing and layered backup systems that we have operated on Proxmox for years. Every architectural decision we recommend to clients has first been applied and validated on our own systems.

End-to-end responsibility, setup through operations

We work in two models: building infrastructure from scratch, and taking over existing systems. In both, capacity planning, cost management and incident procedures are part of the delivery: systems are handed over not merely running, but observable and recoverable.

A measurable operations standard

A system operated without observability is a system that cannot be managed. Metric collection, centralized logging and alert chains are therefore standard in every installation; capacity and cost decisions rest on data. On the backup side we never trust a single copy: separate backup chains are built at the application, database and virtual machine layers, and backups are validated with regular restore tests.

When dedicated infrastructure makes sense

For organizations whose workload profile has become predictable, Kubernetes on dedicated hardware removes a large share of the cloud bill. Our entire product portfolio, including the Akıllı Ahtapot microservice platform and the imzala.org electronic signature infrastructure, runs on multi-node Kubernetes clusters we operate on Proxmox. We build the same architecture for clients: capacity planning, hardware selection, installation and 24/7 operations under one responsibility.

Who we work with

We typically see two profiles. The first is product companies whose cloud bill keeps growing and who want to cut cost structurally; for this profile a hybrid roadmap is designed together with our AWS and cloud cost work. The second is organizations whose infrastructure has become dependent on a single person or an undocumented setup; here the risk is closed first with an audit and documentation, and an operations standard is established on top.

Frequently asked

Can you take over our existing infrastructure?

Yes. The process starts with an audit that documents the current state and risks; operations are then taken over alongside an improvement plan. Institutional knowledge stops depending on a single person.

Cloud or our own hardware?

The decision depends on workload profile and budget. Predictable workloads gain a clear cost advantage on dedicated infrastructure with Proxmox; highly elastic workloads favor cloud. For most organizations the optimum is hybrid, and we operate both models.

Will there be downtime during migration?

Our target for planned migrations is zero or minutes of downtime. Parallel builds and staged traffic cutover minimize risk; a rollback plan is kept ready at every stage.

What does 24/7 support cover?

Our SLA operations packages cover 24/7 response to critical alerts. The monitoring and alert chain is defined together; every incident is closed with a root-cause report.
