Problem
Calculating Turkish social-security (SGK) incentives was a manual, error-prone process taking accountants hours; retroactive incentives often went undetected entirely.
Solution
A SaaS platform that calculates current and retroactive government incentives automatically: 5 Node.js microservices, automated data collection, a 4-step analysis flow, operated 24/7 on Kubernetes.

Turkish employers can benefit from dozens of SGK incentive schemes, 6111, 7103, 17103 and more. Each has different eligibility rules, different calculation formulas and retroactive claim windows. Accountants ran these numbers in Excel, wrestling with personnel lists; retroactive claims were usually left on the table.
Akıllı Ahtapot automates the process end to end. The system runs a four-step flow: detect the workplace’s current employees, collect entry-exit records, check each employee’s eligibility status, then run every incentive algorithm and produce a monthly savings report per employer.
Technical architecture
The platform consists of five Node.js microservices: user management (JWT auth), current-employee detection, entry-exit scraping, eligibility checking and the incentive-detection engine. The data-collection layer connects to institutional systems through Puppeteer-based automation; MongoDB is the primary store, Redis handles queues and caching.
All services run on dedicated nodes in a Kubernetes cluster we operate ourselves. A GitLab CI/CD pipeline builds every release with Kaniko and ships it automatically; Prometheus/Grafana monitoring, layered backups and log aggregation are part of the production standard.
Outcome
Analysis that used to cost an accountant hours now completes in minutes, consistently and auditably. The project, brand identity, UI design, microservice architecture and infrastructure operations, was delivered entirely by our team.
