Custom Software Development
Web applications and backend systems built to fit your organization's processes exactly; one team from analysis to live operations.
Greenfield enterprise development
Requirements analysis, interface design, development and deployment are managed under one roof. Working software is delivered in short cycles; the first release reaches your review within weeks.
Taking over existing systems
Unfinished or hard-to-maintain codebases are first documented and stabilized, then renewed under a planned modernization program. Your operations continue without interruption.
SaaS productization
Your internal solution becomes a revenue-generating product: multi-tenant architecture, subscription and payment infrastructure, usage metering. The same architectural model proven in our own products.
Enterprise system integrations
Reliable data flows with ERP, payment systems, government services and third-party APIs. Integrations are hardened for production with queue architectures and retry mechanisms.
How we work
- 01 Discovery & Analysis Your processes are examined on site; scope, success criteria and roadmap are agreed together. Output: a technical assessment and a binding quote.
- 02 Architecture Design Technology selection, data model and interface design, balanced for scalability and total cost of ownership.
- 03 Iterative Development Two-week sprint cycles with a working, tested release at the end of each. Progress is reported through the product itself, not estimates.
- 04 Deployment & Operations Controlled releases via CI/CD, monitoring infrastructure and SLA-backed maintenance. Responsibility remains with our team after go-live.
Codeck builds custom software for enterprise needs that packaged solutions cannot meet. Our approach treats software not as a project deliverable but as a corporate asset to be operated for years: architectural decisions are made against scalability and sustainability criteria, and every line of code is written with maintenance cost in mind.
Product discipline, enterprise delivery
As a studio that builds and operates its own SaaS products, we apply the same production standard to client work: release management, automated testing, CI/CD and observability are established on day one. The delivered system doesn’t merely run; it is measured, monitored and ready to grow.
When custom software is the right call
Packaged software is an efficient choice for organizations that can adapt their processes to it. Custom software comes into play when your competitive advantage lives in the process itself: industry-specific business rules, deep integration requirements with existing systems, licence costs that stop making sense at scale, or packaged solutions that have hit their limits on data ownership and flexibility. We make this assessment candidly during discovery; telling you when custom development is not necessary is part of the consulting.
A proven production record
Everything in our portfolio is live and in active use. The addressable TV advertising platform we built for TVekstra runs at broadcaster scale with HbbTV, automatic content recognition and dynamic ad substitution. The BM Sumer soil liquefaction analysis platform productizes engineering calculations on the web. VizemGelsin manages an entire visa consultancy operation on a single platform. Across a range that extends from municipal-scale order management to AI-powered SaaS products, we carry both development and operations responsibility.
Pragmatism in technology selection
The technology stack is chosen for the lifetime of the project, not for fashion. We work with React and Astro on the web layer, Node.js and Python on the service layer, and PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis on the data layer; what these tools share is a broad ecosystem, a long support horizon and ease of hiring. The reasoning behind each decision is delivered in writing in the architecture document; your organization is never left alone with an inexplicable technology choice.
Ownership, transparency and handover
Source code, documentation and infrastructure access belong entirely to your organization. Repository access is open throughout development; you track progress through the working product, not through sprint reports. Everything needed for a handover to your own team or another vendor is contractually guaranteed and kept ready at every stage. As a studio that has operated its own SaaS products for years, we care about the longevity of the systems we deliver to the same standard as our own products.
Frequently asked
How does a project proceed?
The process begins with a discovery meeting; once scope and quote are approved, development runs in two-week sprints. A working release is presented after every sprint, allowing course corrections at an early stage.
What is the pricing model?
Fixed price for well-defined scopes; a monthly team model for long-term collaborations. A binding quote for both models is provided at the end of discovery.
Who owns the source code and intellectual property?
Your organization, in full. Repository access, technical documentation and a structured handover process are standard contract terms.
Do you provide post-deployment support?
Yes. SLA-backed maintenance packages cover monitoring, security updates and improvement requests. We have operated a significant share of our portfolio without interruption for years.
