This notice is provided by Codeck Yazılım A.Ş. ("Codeck") as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Contact: [email protected], Kolektif House Maslak, Sarıyer / Istanbul, Türkiye.

2. Data We Process

  • Via the contact form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), message content
  • Via cookies: IP address, browser and device information, site usage data (only with your consent; see the Cookie Policy)

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Responding to inquiries and managing proposal processes (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f)
  • Analyzing site usage and improving our services (KVKK art. 5/1, explicit consent via cookie banner)

4. Transfers

Contact form data is processed through our email infrastructure provider Mailgun Technologies (EU region). With analytics consent, usage data is shared with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.). International transfers rely on your explicit consent or applicable safeguards under KVKK art. 9.

5. Retention

Contact form records are kept for up to 2 years after the inquiry is resolved; analytics data is retained by the provider for up to 14 months.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may request information about, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to automated processing and claim damages. Send requests to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
