Out-of-town property buyers had no way to see a place without traveling; listing photos didn't always reflect reality.
Solution
A location-based live-video and information-sharing platform: professionals stream real-time footage from the requested spot and prepare a detailed field report.

Before buying a house in another city you need to see it, but you can’t board a plane every time. Gitmeden’s answer: don’t go, send a professional. You share the location, an appointment is set, and the professional on site streams real-time footage from exactly where you want to look.
The flow
The user picks the location on a map, creates a request and names a contact person. The system matches an available professional and schedules the appointment. At the appointed time the professional goes live from the field; the user watches from anywhere and directs the shoot in real time (“show the kitchen”, “walk around the back of the building”).
The job doesn’t end with the stream: the professional prepares a structured report with impressions, photos and technical observations. Spoken words fly away; the written report stays.
Outcome
A platform that made property scouting remote, reliable and documented, appointment management, live-streaming infrastructure and the reporting module all built by our team.
